1. How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the destination:
- Greece: 2–3 business days
- Cyprus: 3–8 days
- Rest of Europe: 5–12 days
2. Are teeth-whitening products safe? Will I experience sensitivity?
Star Beauty whitening formulas are peroxide-free. They whiten with PAP+, a gentle technology that cares for enamel and does not cause sensitivity. They are produced in accordance with the ISO 22716 (GMP) standard, are vegan and cruelty-free, and comply with the specifications of the National Organization for Medicines. If you have a dental problem or are undergoing treatment, consult your dentist first.
3. How long will it take to see results?
Most people see a difference after the first [X] applications, while the full results become visible after [X] weeks of continuous use. The results depend on the original shade of your teeth and on habits such as drinking coffee or tea and smoking. For best results, follow the usage instructions for each product.
4. Does whitening work on fillings, crowns, or veneers?
Whitening works on the natural enamel of the teeth, so it does not change the color of fillings, crowns, veneers or bridges. You can use the products as usual, but the restorations will retain their color, so there may be a noticeable difference. If you have restorations on your front teeth, ask your dentist before getting started.
5. Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for products that are sealed and unused. If the product arrived damaged or was incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Email us at contact@star-beauty.gr with your order number, and we will let you know the next steps.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), as well as with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your card details are encrypted and are not stored by us. For some transactions, your bank may ask you to verify the payment, for example with a code or through its app.
